As recently as five days ago Florida State was not set to host four-star wider receiver Malik Clark on an official visit. Not only has Clark scheduled an official visit to FSU, but he also has them listed as one of the top five schools involved in his recruitment.
The other schools in the Rock Hill (SC) High's top five are Auburn, NC State, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Clark took an official visit to South Carolina last weekend and is scheduled to visit North Carolina this weekend. He is scheduled to visit FSU on June 14 and NC State on June 21.
Florida State didn't offer Clark until late May. He recently picked up an offer from Georgia and worked out for the Bulldogs last week. There are reports that Clark will also take an official visit to Notre Dame.
