TIGHT ENDS (EXPECTED TO TAKE 1-2)
The Skinny on FSU & TE Kaden Helms
Kaden Helms is the first tight end to check out the FSU campus during this recruiting cycle, and that happened in early March. The visit went very well, according to Helms, and he came away highly impressed with the campus and the feeling he had there. I also get the impression he has done a lot of homework on the ways that Norvell uses tight ends in his offense. And he feels very good with Chris Thomsen as the tight ends coach. I think FSU is now a pretty serious contender here. I would consider Arizona State the biggest competition, and then Miami and Michigan State. He doesn't have a leader at this point.
