With 21 verbal commitments in the fold there's only room for a few more recruits in Florida State's 2015 recruiting class. One of those few remaining slots could get filled on Monday.
Four-star running back Jordan Scarlett completed his final official visit to FSU over the weekend. The Rivals250 member had been committed to Miami since July but both the Seminoles and Gators have made a strong push for his services. Early on Sunday morning the South Florida back opened things up by announcing on Twitter that he was no longer committed to the Hurricanes.
I am no longer comitted to the university of Miami thanks to all the coaches for there time i will announce feb 2 on Foxsports! #UM #FSU #UF- Manchild (@Famousscarlett) February 1, 2015
Scarlett plans to announce his final plans on Fox Sports Florida (7 p.m. ET) on Monday between Florida State, Florida and Miami. Considering his decommitment from Miami on Sunday, it's probably safe to assume he will choose between FSU and UF. A commitment from Scarlett could push FSU back into the No. 2 spot in the Rivals.com team recruiting rankings.

Scarlett, the nation's No. 20 ranked running back, rushed for over 1,100 yards and had 24 touchdowns for Ft. Lauderdale (Fla.) powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas this past season. That included a 121-yard, 1 touchdown performance in the 7A state championship game.
