Sometimes fate has a way of working itself out in recruiting. That certainly seems to be the case with four-star defensive back Isaiah Bolden.

Bolden, who once committed to Florida State because it was his "dream school" but later flipped to Willie Taggart and the Oregon Ducks, now is back where it all started -- and with Taggart at the same time.

Bolden announced Friday -- on the final day of the early signing period -- that he was signing with the Seminoles. The Rivals100 member previously announced he was backing out of his Oregon pledge once Taggart departed to become the Seminoles' new head coach.

The talented corner did add a little flare to the decision when he placed two backpacks on a table. One for FSU and one for Oregon. To have some fun with it, Bolden actually reached into the Oregon bag and pulled out an FSU visor to commit.

"I'm heading to FSU,” he said.

"I would say the culture, my bond with Coach Taggart and how I'm going to be used,” Bolden said of his decision. “I can't wait to get there. It's also close to home and that was big to me.”

The talented corner also knows the exact time when he knew he would be a ‘Nole. It was during his official visit last weekend.

"I would say that FSU practice. That was totally different with the music playing, guys jacked up and the culture made me very excited,” Bolden said. “And I knew then that this was the place for me. Everything else I already loved about FSU.”

Bolden confirmed that he has already sent his letter of Intent to FSU. He also added that WR Jaylen Waddle is a name to watch for FSU and a prospect that he's been working on hard. He also gave his final thoughts on how this FSU class will shake out.

"It's going to be very good. A lot of quality instead of just quantity,” he said. “We are going to have a very good class.”
