HOMERVILLE, Ga. -- As we continue our trek through the state of Georgia, the next stop on our Spring Recruiting Tour is Clinch County High School -- the home of Rivals250 linebacker Trezman Marshall.
Marshall committed to Georgia earlier this spring, but he has not shut down his recruitment by any stretch. He says Florida State and other schools are still in the mix, and in this edition of our Spring Recruiting Tour, Marshall opens up about the Seminoles, the status of his commitment and more.
We also check in on a 6-foot, 7-inch wide receiver who has interest in the 'Noles as well.

Taggart meeting has big effect on Marshall
The Clinch County Panthers have plenty of talent come through their program each year, as evidenced by the state championship they won this past season. And no player at Clinch has a higher profile than four-star prospect Trezman Marshall, who recently committed to the home-state Georgia Bulldogs.
"I would call it more I'm leaning towards Georgia than a commitment," Marshall told Warchant when we stopped by the Homerville, Ga., school. "I'm still very interested in Florida State and the other teams in my top five. Some of these schools like FSU have new coaches. So in a way, I'm starting over in learning a lot about them."
Marshall said Georgia was the first scholarship offer he received, followed by Florida.
What's interesting is he didn't actually grow up liking the Bulldogs. He said he was more of a Gator fan because he liked Tim Tebow.
"Actually I hated Georgia because I liked Florida growing up, because Tim Tebow was the guy I liked since I was playing quarterback at that time," Marshall said. "Then as time went on, I got a chance to see what I liked about every school."
Football has always been the sport Marshall loved above all others, although he admits that he was not very good in those early years when he first started.
"I was bigger than most kids then," Marshall said. "But man, I'll admit I stunk. Really stunk. I later played quarterback. I can't really say when it started to click because I didn't think (the hype) was justified until I started picking up offers."
